Visit Cana and the Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth. Descend to Beit She'an's colonnaded streets and Roman theatre, then ascend to Jerusalem. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Begin on Mount of Olives, descend through Gethsemane to Mount Zion's Last Supper room. Enter the Old City for the Western Wall, Via Dolorosa, and Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Visit Ein Karem's birthplace of John the Baptist and the Israel Museum's Shrine of the Book. Cross into Bethlehem for Shepherds' Field and the Church of the Nativity. Overnight in Jerusalem. *Subject to security conditions.
Drive through the Judean Desert to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Ascend Masada's clifftop fortress by cable car, then float in the Dead Sea. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Cross into Jordan at Sheikh Hussein Bridge. Explore Jerash's Decapolis colonnades, baths and temples. Continue to Amman for a panoramic city tour. Overnight in Amman.
Travel south to Wadi Musa and enter Petra. Walk the Siq to the rose-red Treasury, then continue through tombs, obelisks, and Al Madhbah altar for views across the Nabatean city. Overnight in Petra.
See Madaba's 6th-century Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land. Climb Mount Nebo where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Cross the border at Allenby Bridge and return to Tel Aviv. Overnight in Tel Aviv.
Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport after breakfast for your departure flight.
