How it works
From your first inquiry to your first morning in Jerusalem — here's exactly what to expect.
Your journey from inquiry to departure
Six clear steps. One dedicated advisor. Zero surprises.
Submit your inquiry
Use our planning wizard to share your group size, travel window, destination preferences, and budget. Takes about 5 minutes.
We review every inquiry personally. No automated responses. No outsourced advisors.
Receive your custom proposal
Your dedicated advisor builds a fully customized itinerary, day-by-day plan, pricing breakdown, and hotel options.
The proposal includes total cost per person, deposit requirements, payment schedule, and a full inclusions list.
Planning call with your advisor
A 30-minute call to walk through the proposal, answer your questions, and refine the itinerary to fit your group's vision.
This is where we get into the details: devotional stops, group needs, hotel preferences, and special requests.
Finalize and launch registration
Once you approve the proposal, we set up your group's registration page. You share the link with your congregation.
Travelers register directly, pay their deposit online, and receive a confirmation automatically.
Manage through your dashboard
Monitor registrations, payments, and documents from a single dashboard. We send automated reminders to travelers.
Payment schedules, document deadlines, and rooming assignments are all tracked in one place.
You lead, we handle the rest
Arrive at the airport with your group, board your flight, and step into the destination knowing every detail is managed.
Our in-country team handles airport coordination, hotel check-ins, site access, and any on-trip logistics.
